Governor Murphy just declared that the upcoming general election is primarily Vote by Mail.
All registered NJ voters will received a ballot.
County clerk's offices will mail ballots out by Monday, October 5th.
Voters can return ballots by mail, by depositing it in a secure drop box, by dropping it off at your county clerk's office or by handing it directly to a poll worker at a polling place on Election Day.
